Our People

Loizos A. Loizou is a Business Consultant with many years of experience in the fields of finance, corporate governance and organizational management. He is the founder and administrator of the Multi-Employer, Lefkolla Provident Fund and has significant experience in municipal government and public administration.

He was born in Famagusta in December 1971 and is a resident of Paralimni.

Education and Professional Career

He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Philips College and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Keele University, United Kingdom.

In addition, he holds the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by CySEC.

He has also been approved by the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) for registration in the Special Register of Nominated Advisors, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Prudens Limited, a company providing administrative and corporate advisory services, since 2016. In 2021, he founded Sharelink Services, where he serves as a member of the Board of Directors and which operates as a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF). He also serves on the Boards of Directors of a number of other private companies.

From August 2002 to September 2006, he worked at A. Zorbas & Sons Public Company Ltd as Factory Manager.

In October 2006, he founded his own company, L.A. Loizou Business Consultants Ltd., which provided consulting services to companies and private clients.

In 2009, he founded the Multi-Employer, Lefkolla Provident Fund, which he continues to administer to this day.

Political Activity

Since 2001, he has been a member of the Economic Studies Team of the Democratic Party (DIKO). He has been a member of the Party's Executive Board since 2014 and holds the position of the Financial Controller since 2019.

Member of the Board of the Cyprus State Fairs Authority

In 2013, he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus State Fairs Authority.

Member of the Board of the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC)

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC) from 2014 to 2016, where he chaired the Audit Committee and served as a member on the Budget and Labor Relations Committees.

Paralimni Municipal Council

In December 2016, he was elected a member of the Paralimni Municipal Council. During his term, he served as a member of the Management Committee and the Tenders Committee. At the same time, he served as Chairman of the Tourism Committee and as a member of the Cultural Committee.

Between 2017 and 2024, he served as a member of the Paralimni Sewerage Board and as a School Commissioner.

In March 2017, he was elected Chairman of the Central Beaches Committee, a position he held until June 2024.

Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC)

In August 2026, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC).

Sports and Other Activities

He was a basketball player with Enosis Neon Paralimniou (E.N.P.) from 1988 to 1997 and subsequently became involved in the management of the club's basketball division.

He served for four years (2004–2007) as Vice Chairman of the E.N.P. Football Club.

From May 2013 until February 2024, he served as President of the Konstantias Swimming Club.

He was actively involved in the Scout Movement for 18 years.

He is married to Eva Triarou, an educator. Together they have three children: Adamos, Iacovos, and Marinos.

Louiza is a Director of Sharelink Services Limited since August 2021. She is also the Head of Corporate Finance of Prudens Limited since December 2021.

She joined the SFS Group in 1996 and she was involved in the administration and management of the brokerage operation until the end of 2001. From 2002 until 2009 she held different managerial positions in the Compliance and Secretarial division of the SFS Group. From November 2009 until September 2021, she was the Deputy Managing Director of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Investment Firm subsidiary of the SFS Group.

Chryso is an Administrative Officer of Sharelink Services Limited, a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), since January 2022.

She has a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Cyprus and a Diploma in Finance and Economics from University of Warwick in UK. Additionally, she holds the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and she is registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC.

She joined the SFS Group in 2016 and she was involved in the brokerage operation of Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, until the end of 2021. She worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Economics of University of Cyprus. She has more than eleven years’ experience as a Back Office Administrator/ Supervisor in the Finance Sector of the economy having sufficient knowledge in anti-money laundering legislation and KYC controls, having good skills in reporting and analyzing data and good communicational skills.

Costas is a Broker at Sharelink Services Limited, a tied agent of Argus Stockbrokers Limited, a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), since October 2021.

He holds a Banking Certificate from the Institute of Bankers and the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and he is therefore registered in the public register of certified persons maintained by the CySEC.

After graduating from high school, he started working in Coopers and Lybrand as an accountant. In 1990 he joined Hellenic Bank Investments, initially as an accountant and then in 1996 he moved in the brokerage department as a broker. In 1999 he joined the SFS Group as a broker of its subsidiary, Sharelink Securities and Financial Services Ltd, a licensed Cyprus Investment Firm. He has over 30 years working experience in the field of brokerage, investments and financial markets.
